he Tai Cheung Group has been engaged in property developments and investments in Hong Kong for over 50 years.
The Group was initially a construction company set up in 1956, subsequently became a publicly listed company under the name of Tai Cheung Properties Limited in 1972. Consequent upon a scheme of reorganisation, Tai Cheung Holdings Limited became the ultimate holding company of the Group and was listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited since 27th February, 1990.
Throughout its long history, the Group has established a reputation for developing prestigious properties including office towers, industrial and residential buildings. In addition, the Group has interest in Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers, a five star hotel located in Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon.
